By placing an order with The Shed Shop of Delmarva, you acknowledge and agree that all shed sales are final and non-refundable.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the shed you are ordering will fit properly in the intended location. This includes confirming all site dimensions, access routes, overhead clearance, and ground conditions before purchase.

You are also responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals prior to placing your order. This includes, but is not limited to, zoning permits, HOA approvals, and any required building permits.

The Shed Shop of Delmarva is not responsible for issues related to site access, local regulations, or denied approvals after purchase.

Please be absolutely certain that your shed will fit and that all required approvals are in place before you submit your order. Once your order is processed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.

Delivery & Setup Details:
Shed prices include delivery and setup on cinderblocks within a 25-mile radius of our location. A delivery fee of $5 per mile will apply for any distance beyond 25 miles.
